Viva Pops on Moms Day
During my Mothers Day outing we received an urgent call from our Daughters telling us that we must stop by our local farmers market and buy one of these new frozen fruit pops – and while the Apricot Lemon Grass was very good, the Lavender Lemonade was quite possibly one of the best things I have ever eaten!

The Center for a Healthy Lifestyle
My friend Katy Pelisek is the director for the new Center for a Healthy Lifestyle at the Boys & Girls Club of San Dieguito Barbara Harper Branch in Solana Beach. The center, which opened on earth day, features a demonstration garden with fruits, vegetables, lettuces and flowers, along with a new kitchen that features my painting “Piglet”.

Resident Asks City to Charge Sen. Obama for Logo
As a college student at Arizona State University I created the logo for the City of Chandler. I just found out it was the center of some controversy, for more info check out this link:
http://www.azcentral.com/community/chandler/articles/2008/08/14/20080814cr-obama0815.html
It generated pages of comments, most having nothing to do with the logos!
